Solomon AI ("we", "us") is built by Maetra Holdings Group. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what the app needs to recognise music and analyse it for you — nothing more.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and authentication credentials, used to create and secure your account.
• Audio clips. Short clips (up to 30 seconds) captured from your microphone while music recognition is active. Clips are used solely to identify the song.
• Recognition history. The songs you identify — title, artist, and album — so you can revisit them.
• Device information. Device type, operating-system version, and app version, used to keep the app running reliably.

How we handle your audio

Audio clips are processed in real time to identify the song and are not permanently stored on our servers after recognition is complete. They are sent only for the purpose of music identification. AI Analysis runs only when you switch it on, and a persistent notification makes it clear whenever the app is listening.

Third-party services

• Supabase. Provides authentication and account management.
• AudD. Performs music recognition and audio fingerprinting on the clips sent for identification.

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Data retention

Your account information and recognition history are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

• Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion. Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent. Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

Permissions we request

• Microphone. To capture short clips for music recognition.
• Foreground service. To keep recognition running while you use other apps.
• Notifications. To show the persistent listening indicator and recognition results.
• Internet. To identify songs and sync your account.

Children's privacy

Solomon AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
